STUCK In Traffic On The Way 2 The Gym

Today I went to meet with my trainer to go over my posing routine for my show but on the way there I got STUCK in traffic on the I10 for over an hour!!!! Good thing I left the house early! The temperature in the car read 103! It was so hot that the AC couldn't even cool the car because I was at a dead stand still in traffic! Once I finally got to the exit I needed I noticed the traffic jam was because a dump truck spilled it's load on the interstate! I spent about an 1 1/2 hours in the car to travel about 12 miles! Then I left to go to the gym and I got stuck in more traffic! lol! Once I finally got to the gym I did my work out and some cardio.
