Went to the gym with my friend Carmon from Canada then we went out to the strip for a VERY late dinner and drinks! Didn't get home till 4am! LOL Got to love the offseason!

NEW HD Comcorder For Cam Shows

Hi everyone! I had a great day today!!! Did my normal stuff... cardio, check my mail, starbucks, etc.. now I'm off to the gym!

 

I wanted to let everyone know that I got a brand new HD Canon camcorder in the mail with a remote for zoom so I'll have some super CLEAR cam shows!! One of my fans picked it out for me!! Thank you Mr. Page!!!! Your the best!! I'm so excited about the new HD cam shows!

My day!

I had an easy day today! I trained with my trainer (Quincy Taylor) 3 days in a row and he told me to take the 4th day off so that's what I did. I woke up, drank my coffee, checked my emails, and left the house. It felt odd driving past the gym without stopping but I did. Instead I went grocery shopping, check my mail, and stopped off to tan. I had suprises in my mail box so that made my day even better!!! When I got home I went for a jog around the block a few times with my dog (Vinny). So all in all I had a great day!

2010 Watch Out! Here I Come!

Quincy is one of the biggest pro bodybuilders and best trainers in Vegas so I hope to make some great progress working with him! My Toe!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A FULL can of Diet Coke rolled off the cabinet & onto my big toe! Now the nail is black & blue! OMG, I had no idea how much pain that could inflict!!! It took my breath away! Tomorrow is leg day in the gym! lol
