I had my bodyfat tested and I'm 14% at 5'2" 168lbs. I'm starting to see my abs more and more each day! Goodie!I'm doing 1 hour of cardio on the Stair Master Step Mill before I eat my first meal of the day. I hit the weights at 3pm for about an hour and 1/2. When I'm done with my workout I'm doing 30 more mins of cardio. It's hard work but I'm hanging in there!
